This website is informational. Submitting the contact form sends an enquiry — it creates no contract, quote, or obligation on either side until we both agree one in writing.

Prices shown are "from" pricing in New Zealand dollars, exclusive of GST — the floor for typical scope, not a quote. Every project gets a firm fixed quote in writing before work starts, and that quote (not this website) is the number that counts.

Don't use the contact form for unlawful, abusive, or spam purposes. We rate-limit and may quietly drop submissions that fail the security check.

The content and design of this website belong to NextLevelDevs. For client projects, ownership of the delivered work is set out in each project's written quote — by default, clients own what they pay for.

Pages under "Our apps" describe apps that have their own terms and privacy policies. This website's terms don't govern your use of those apps.

The website is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for losses arising from its use — though nothing in these terms limits rights you have under New Zealand consumer law where it applies.

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
